I checked out the loan and the interest is not too bad giving that this is a second mortgage that gives money for repairs and pay offs. The only thing I see is that it eats up all the equity and we will need to live in our home for at least 15 years before trying to sell...so that alone is the biggest decision. I am just wondering if there is anything else I should be looking for???

My husband is a wonderful man, he works hard at work (not at home), he is a good dad and he loves me. But It seems as though he does not understand about the stuff that keeps a marriage alive. He is a firm believer that you don't have to try any more once you are married and he only has to be pleasant and sweet to me when he wants "lovin". He spends more than we will ever make in a life time, and he refuses to work with me on a budget. He tells me "stop worrying everything will be fine because I said so". It is like he floats on this cloud believing he has life by the *** and does not realize that you have to maintain everything in your life in order to keep it. I have stopped trying to talk to him about it because I am not getting through to him. Anyone have "real" advice.

Ok, this might take a little while to explain. But here is the skinny, the company I have worked for for almost three years has lost 98% of their employees. This is a small financing company. Anyway the boss hired someone that he was interested in dating..which he succeeded...and then lost 98% of his help. Leaving me in the office 95% of the time solo! Now the chick he is dating I guess has a lot of experience...but in the past 6 months that does not show. Anyway that is not the problem...just giving you the background music of what has happend. Now I have been job searching A LOT! in the past 6 months and i have gotten three interviews, but nothing is golden right now. Due to the stress with this job overwhelmingly taking over my life that includes a husband and a three year old son, I just need to get out. There are some factory jobs around here and my thoughts are to just give my two weeks and split...even get a P/T job to make up the $$ difference. What are your thoughts?

Yes, I am in need of a different prospective right now...but until it arrives I thought I could let out some steam and possibly hear about other fellow work time woes. I have been working for a small financial company for over 2 1/2 years, I started out doing small stuff then 6 months later I was promoted. Then after a year the company started to grow! It was great! Then the boss found a hot chicky hired her and slept with her as well....then most if not all accept for me have left the company!!!! He shows no care about what is going on around him or to his company since yes you guessed it...she wears the pants in this office! Not too mention she has about 10% working knowledge and 90% drug, bi loving & bi polar issues! She is crazy! Now she is my manager and I have to report to her. Ok, I could go on forever...so share your work time trama stories!

I have read a lot of questions and answers in regards to disipline and I am apalled at what some mothers are saying! Now don't get me wrong every person has a right to express their own opinions but when it comes to parenting I would like to believe in this day and age us mom's could stick together. In case you don't have a clue as to what I am talking about; I have read answers from mothers stating that "you are not a good parent if you spank your children" or " You should not have children if you don't know how to raise them" for christ sakes people children do not come with instructions! And correct me if I am wrong but isn't our society filled with disrespectful monguls as a result of parents being afraid to displine as we were taught by our own mothers? My mother did not think twice to give me a needed slap and today I would never dream of hurting someone or disrespecting others. Reality Check is Greatly needed!

I am a young mother (23) and I am pondering the thought of having another child. I am not one to live with regrets later on...but my husband and I are both very unsure because our home would need to be done up to accomidate another child...and we are not ready to sell since we just bought the house in 2006. Between our jobs and are already hectic life we just can't seem to grasp the full idea of having another. So I am asking parents out there who have more than one child...how did you decide & what obstacles did you have to encounter?

For those of you mom's that have head strong three year old son's...how do you get them to mind you when they are at their peak of throwing a tantrum??? I have tried time out, I have tried taking away toys, I have tried ignoring him, I have tried spanking the butt, I have tried just about everything...I know that my face and my tone show that I have had enough and he just keeps on pressing on!!!! Any different ideas??

He started dating a girl just after he interviewed her, and since she has been employed we have lost over 30 employees! I am still counting!!!!
