I just had my unemployment hearing today(state of Indiana). I submitted my information and proof in timly fashion it was received by the judge. This morning she stated that the employer was not present for the hearing on the phone and did not submit any evidence for cause of my employment discharge. She only asked me a few questions, and said she would mail her determination out. If nothing was submitted and the employer did not attend the hearing isn't that an automatic win on my end?

Using a ms access application upon entering in data, the following error is received " Application is open by another user, do you wish to debug?" what is causing this error, and how an i fix it? thanks in advance.

I have always been extremely nice to people, help them with anything and everything, help them re-locate, find jobs, give them money (lots of money) 800-1000 a week. I cut off my own nose for them. I wil go two weeks and can't buy starbucks while they have cash in their wallet. I have always done this, I have always been more than what is nessessary. What is wrong with me? I felt as if I were going to have a panic attack thinking about this. All I can say is yes I guess I am an naive I am one of those that always see's the good in people first until they do me wrong. But I have got to stop cutting off my own nose. What's wrong with me? Should I see a shrink?

Anyone know how to fix error 0x85020006? I receive it when trying to active sync to microsoft exchange server. I had this set up once but dont remember how I did it. The phone is through sprint. Any help would be appreciated.

I have everything under preferences set correctly, no firewall, Webcam is working , I can certainly see myself.

OS works great but will not do a restart or reset only hard boot

Board...Abit IN9

Processor... Pentium Dual Core

It works great but it will not perform a restart, when restart is selected it shuts down but never comes back up.

Same happens with reset.

What am I missing?

I plan on applying for a speed title later today, but how can I still sell the car to someone driving two hours away without the title? Can we both go to the BMV and sign an affidavit and do a transfer of title there? or can I sell the car and leave a small balance left owed on the car until the title is received?

What would cause a laptop with XP on it, to not start like it should. When it is started I do not have any options, there is no start menu at the bottom like their should be however; I can move the mouse and see the cursor moving on the screen.

Can a hardship license be obtained for an HTV Habitual Traffic Violator, in the state of Indiana. Currently this driver cannot drive for life. Thier driving record contains 25-30 speeding tickets (all paid) one dui in 1994 and one OWI in 2006. This person is currently going to IOP (Intensive Outpatient Therapy) as part of their probation. Please help. I cannot drive this person around for the rest of my life I hae my own business to run. Who is this punishment set for, it seems to everyone not just the violator.

What do you all do with your Ipod files after you have downloaded them to your Ipod. I have 5 GB left on my laptop but I dont want to lose all my files (if I erase them off hard drive) when I connect the Ipod to my computer, cuz if I did that I would have an empy Ipod too.
