My next door neighbor has a dead possum in the back yard and the smell of death is revolting (to me). My dogs on the other hand sit next to the fence with their noses in the air and lick their chops. If this is a good smell for dogs, then what is a bad smell for dogs?

I recently purchased a small addition to my property from my neighbor. I would now like to make the necessary legal additions to county records.
