I think my granddaughter is corresponding via email and phone with a person who is a "registered" sex offender. My daughter suspects this also. She has accessed my granddaughter's computer and phone calls she has received on her cell phone; but, when she confronted her daughter about this, she reported she was talking to a girl from Council Bluffs, Iowa. My granddaughter is 14 and has no close friends. She spends at least eight hours a day on an unsupervised computer, and has 24-hour access to a cell phone.
Someone please tell me an agency to contact to protect my granddaughter.
