Why do my muscles feel tight after a workout but they don't get sore the next day?
I've been trying to workout more during the coronavirus lockdown, and I use my spin bike on a high setting so it's not cardio and I have to use the muscles in my legs to push round the paddles. After my workout the muscles in my legs felt very tight and it was a good workout, I drank a protein shake after aswell. The next day I cannot feel anything, no soreness in my legs at all, am I doing something wrong? Why is this?

I've been insecure about my lips for ages. One side of my top lip is thicker than than the other and the same goes for my bottom lip (although the bottom one isn't as noticable).
