I'm having problems with a Mom that lies when things happen to our children, mainly our son (5).

Mom has been trained by a women crisis center to work as a volunteer. There is a custody case.

Since the staus quo order from the court there has been 2 incidents. 1) while mom was sleeping son (4 at the time) and daughter (8) made some food in the microwave at 7 pm at night. Daughter made hers without any problems, but Son pulled his out of the microwave and dumped a bowl of hot liquid on the front of him. Giving him first and second degree burns on him stomach (9" x 15") area. Child was taken to the hospital. 2) Happened 12/15/2010: Mom was home sleeping during the day (1pm) I got a call from her telling me that when she was sleeping our son had fallen on a scissors and cut his face by his eye (1"x1/4") He was taken to the hospital, she told them there that she was in the bathroom when it happened. He received 8 or 9 stitches in his face.

I call both times child protective services and told them what had happened and she was lying to the hospital about what she was doing when when both incidents happened. When I talked to them yesterday they said they didn't even investigate the first time. I asked my daughter what happened the first time and told me the same story but said "mommy was asleep!!!" The second time my son again said that "mommy was sleeping".

Her sister works for the women crisis center in the area and is blocking any help I can get from many (maybe all) family crisis help.

I don't have a lawyer, I barley have enough to keep a roof over my head and a place for my kids to come on visits.

Any suggestions, ideas, help would be very helpful.

I'm having a problem with word. When I try to write code and use quotation marks it uses the stylized type quote unquote marks instead of the straight quote marks. I've try to change fonts, but this hasn't worked for me yet. Any Ideas?? Thank you

I have been looking at DVD r to install in my computer for about $50 I can buy a DVD R with all the + - , but for $70 I can buy the same but also does DVDRam. Which way should I go and why? Thank you inadvance.

MS XP don't like those games, they tend to be more DOS based. Which OS should I be installing. 2000, ME, 98 SE?
