My ex-husband recently started contacting myself & my 14 yr. old daughter out of nowhere after almost 12 years. There's no custody order b/c when he asked for visitation 12 yrs ago I said I would ask for supervised visits due to his drug & alcohol additions & didn't hear from him again until a couple of months ago when he had his girlfriend contact me on myspace pretending she hasn't seen him in 9 years & then a week later he contacted my daughter and then started sending me hostile emails. The courts ordered a review of the child support case & he asked for my address so that he could see our daughter. When I told him I wasn't sure if she wanted to see him his reply was "so what's your point?" to which I told him if he wanted to see her he had to file through the courts. My question is... if he does file for visitation, is she old enough at 14 to say that she doesn't want to see him and have the courts listen to her?

My dog & my boyfriend's dog got into a bit of a fight. My dog has a cut on his chest, which at the time didn't seem serious b/c it was just a small cut. I cleaned it out w/ peroxide but now it's bubbled up & there's a huge lump above the cut. I put neosporin on it today but I was wondering if anyone has dealt w/ this type of thing before. I really can't afford to take him to the vet right now b/c I'm out of work. Any suggestions???

My daughter & I just found out about it last night & she really wants to go there now. She plays the clarinet, is a very talented singer & writes her own songs (at 10 yrs. old). I was wondering what the school's reputation is as far as music goes.
