  • I want a motorcycle in white but apparently it is not a popular color.?

I am looking at the Sportster 883 Low and Buell Blast 2008 because I am short and it would be my first bike. I like the sporty look more but HD are good too. I am interested in a bike because I find it to be a perfect alternative to my car and it has great gas mileage. It would be a commuter bike. I would be open to different colors and models even foreign bikes. I just liked these bikes because they are made for shorter people and most foreign bikes have to be dropped (lowered). I don't care about being the fastest, biggest, baddest bike because I'm not about opulence. I just want to be able to traverse the freeway at ease. What do you think about these bikes or do you suggest something else?

  • Is it possible for me to cross-train/reclass?

Okay, I just passed my A school/AIT to become a combat medic. I am still having second thoughts on it. I mean I think it is very interesting and I know I can do my job. The only thing is I joined the army because I wanted to become a linguist because I love to learn different languages and to learn about other cultures. Well, I love the army so far it has treated me well. I know I will be taken care of for a while now. I was disqualified from being a linguist because I am red-green colorblind. I thought that was set in stone until some people in my AIT did not pass a necessary exam to go further into training and they re-classed to infantry and field artillery for which soldiers are also expected to have full color vision as well. Is it possible then for me to re-class within six months so that I may go to DLI (defense language institute)? I would be willing to learn Chinese, Farsi or Arabic if I get re-classed. I am national guard so I don't have to wait so long to get re-classed.

  • thinking about re-classing?

I want to know if I reclass from the medical field (68W) what my options are. I didn't initially want to do it but since I'm partially colorblind. I was told that they re-open the list up to me if I fail to pass in 68W. Is it true? I initially wanted to be a cryptolinguist or signal but I was not allowed because of the disqualification. I am also thinking if I get to keep my bonus that I could re-class into some other medical field, like nutritionist or med admin, not as hard.
