I have used Beta feedback about a dozen times, no reply. I e-mail support and they send me a help link that has nothing to do with my complaint``. I ask questions of the support team. I am told someone will contact me in 48 hours. The reply I get has nothing to do with the question. It seems like everyone of the team replies to me with their same stupid reply. I do get assisitance with my groups as a group owner. The biggest problem is the support team
