I was wondering if there was an actual block start where you have two feet adjusted at the same position so you push off with both legs with equal force and how it would work? Any videos of it would be nice too xD.

Hi, I am having excessive problems of a bad staff team who are not dedicated to the goal. I do not have the authority to replace them and so my other option is to motivate them.

I have considered a token economy such as money.

I have considered fear-tactics but that only works to a certain extent.

I have considered group-bonding but the group seems inert to follow up with that.
