I'm off work and getting sick pay off my employer. I was called in for a disciplinary, NOT relating to my sickness.This was for another matter. Subsequently I was dismissed from my job. Can I be dismissed while on thesick or are they supposed to wait until I return to work?

Talk amongst other staff is that I will be sacked. Can I be sacked whilst on annual leave? And do I have to attend a discipinary whislt I'm not in work

I have no contract with this company but have been told I need to work 5 weeks notice. If i dont work the 5 weeks then what are the company legally allowed to take off me money wise?

And can i just work 2 weeks notice and leave then?

someone just asked me this and I dont know the answer. think it may have something to do with money

my sister is terrified of opening her door as the baliffs have been round for an unpaid 4yr old debt.

They threatened her husband with arrest. they want to do a walking possession order on her things. the computer was bought by my other sister for her kids. and she's scared stiff of loosing any of their things.

can a bailiff legally enter your house. and she been told the are allowed to enter by any means they want.

please can you help her.
