Even hurts swalling my own saliva. Only on the left side of my throat. No other symptoms like fever or sick stomach, runny nose etc. Been this way for about 4 days now.

Tried gargling with salt, throat spray, cough drops etc. Am starving but havent been willing to eat. The only thing that really seems to help its lots of advil but ive already taken a lot. Maybe like 6 pills today. Unfortunately can not get into see doctor until wednesday.

I have some azithromcyin 250mg antibiotics from something else, would these help
