This morning I gave my 13 pound dog her monthly iverhart max heartworm pill smothered in peanut butter. I monitored her to make sure she swallowed the pill. Shortly afterwards she ate breakfast. About 2 and a half to three hours later I gave her Frosty Paws dog ice cream (reward for behaving during her bath) which she ate too quickly and threw up. Some of the dog food was in the vomit, but I did not see the heartworm pill. She's at the low end of the weight range for the heartworm pill. We live in Florida so I give her the heartworm pill year round.

Should I give her another heartworm pill or did she probably absorb enough to last her until the next dose?

Additional info: She's had both the heartworm pill and ice cream before and is not allergic to either. She does have a tendency to throw up if she eats too fast. Her vet is closed on Sunday and Monday and the Iverhart Customer Service number is not open on the weekend.

I got married two days ago and wore 4 inch high-heeled sandals for the 3.5 hour ceremony/reception. Since then the balls of both of my feet and toes have felt like they have "fallen asleep". In other words they are numb and hard to manipulate yet are painful and tingly if pressure is applied. It seems slightly better after massage and is gradually decreasing, but I am wondering at what point I should consult a doctor.

Has this happened to anyone else? Before anyone mentions it--I am not going to wear such bad shoes for my feet for an extended period again.

I have chosen not to renew my contract (with 30 day written notice and an offer to help train and find my replacement) and pursue other employment. Our office is very small and another office-mate is also not renewing. Due to 2 people leaving at the same time, we have been told our actions are unprofessional. Was this unprofessional or do the remaining contractors just have sour grapes?

I have been part of the bridal party for two of my close friends. To my horror these women (and their new spouses) have not yet written thank you notes. One has been married for 10 months and the other for nearly 6. At the showers the girls and I helped keep track of who gave what and each girl has a large box of stationery specifically for this purpose. Is there a gentle way to get them to thank their guests? Several people have made comments to me and the rest of the party saying that they are concerned that the gifts were not received or that they are surprised at the lack of manners.

The condo I live in is in foreclosure. My landlord insists that I must pay him rent until it is officially foreclosed. The condo association insists that due to an agreement between my landlord and the association and his lapse in payment, I must pay my rent to them.

I am worried about the landlord evicting us and about the association barring our entry into the building. I have received threats regarding both. Who do I pay?

Just had the root canal today--whoa!! I have been thinking about getting a very small, somewhat hidden tattoo on my butt based on an inside joke with my family. For those of you who have had both--which hurt worse?

I have been taking this pill for 6 years now and have only forgotten to take it on time twice. Today is my last pill of the pack before my sugar pills and instead of popping out into my hand it took a flying leap into who knows where (I can't find it). Do I start taking the next pack right away and skip the sugar pills or do I just have an extra day without an active pill (8 days off instead of 7)?

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

My boyfriend has a female friend who sends him pictures of herself on a regular basis in all sorts of poses asking what he thinks of her outfits. She also sends him multiple emails a day with flirty sign offs. Some of her comments include "just keep telling me I'm pretty and I won't mind my pale skin", "why won't you move to (state where she is)?", "who do you think is sexy?", "you love my cooking better than (mine, his girlfriend's) right?" etc etc. She was calling every day multiple times a day and yelling at him when he wouldn't answer until finally I put my foot down on that piece.

She does not approve of my relationship with my boyfriend (which is long term and great aside from her constant interference). Specifically she told him that I'm ugly and "just not his thing."

Is this appropriate behavior for an opposite sex friend? Or from any friend at all really?

My boyfriend just moved into an apartment with a rather large terrace (1000sq ft--yes he is quite lucky). It is already landscaped by the building and bbq grills are not allowed. Does anyone have any ideas for what to do with it?
