Hello, I'm 15 year old, and I love programming in C#. I'm wondering what the employers want from the applicants, and how to actually get a job in programming.

And also, how a programming job is? I mean, what are you usually doing there, or how is your work environment? Also, how stressful is the job?

So, I wanted to buy an Xbox 360 gamepad for my PC (from my own money), and my parents were shocked. I mean seriously shocked. They looked like they saw me smoking, or doing drugs. I just asked them if I can buy a gamepad from my own money, what's so wrong about it?

Later they started saying stuff like video games will make me a mass murderer etc.

I'm 15, good grades, no friends, never smoked nor drank alcohol.

I have no problems speaking in English. However, I feel really uncomfortable when I have to speak in my own language (Slovak language).

I am shy person, and I was bullied since I came to school, so I spent most of my time playing videogames. My teachers say that I am an excellent English speaker, and when I chat with people in English, I have no problems.

Hello, I just bought BF4 from Origin, and I really like it. However, I get killed extremely fast. I just run on a map and someone instantly kills me, or a tank kills me, or claymores and other stuff kills me.

I always have most deaths, and teammates are bashing me for being a noob. I have no idea what I am doing wrong...

This is my first FPS game, so maybe that's the problem, but I don't know.

Hello, I want to buy a laptop for christmas. I have two options:

Lenovo IdeaPad G500 (15 inch)

Dell Inspiron 11z (11 inch)

They both have 1366x768 screen tho.

I need a laptop for work stuff (i work in Unity game engine so I need lots of space) So i wonder, can the Windows GUI scale down to the pixel size of the Lenovo?

Let's say on the Lenovo the taskbar is 50 pixels high, but in reality it's 1 cm. I want the Dell to have the same 50 pixels(but in reality it would be ~0.5 cm high).

Hello, I have a small problem. I want to buy a gaming laptop Lenovo G500, but it has 2 editions. I want to play games like PAYDAY 2, GTA IV and Just Cause 2.

Radeon HD 8570 2GB

Edition 2:

Intel Core i5 @ 2.6 GHz (3.2GHz with Turbo Boost)
