I have low bold pressure, and it tends to make me run out of breath really easily when i run.

Any ideas on how to prevent it from being so bad? Besides running, im already doing that, but i cant figure out how to not run out of breath and get light headed.

Im 5'6, and 150 pounds, 16 (17 in 2 months, aka why I'm asking now)

I know the pushups, sit-ups and running, but how much should i be able to carry? How to build up arm strength at home? -i cant afford a gym membership-

Im horrid at push-ups.

Well, im 16, turning 17 at the end of October and my parents have agreed to let me go, but i dont know when id be able to begin training?

I'm going to be a junior in highschool, and i want to do split-op, can anyone give me better details on what its like? And if it will interfere(?) with my plans for college into law enforcement?

2. Whats the benefits on joining while in high school instead of after having a GED/high school diploma? The cons?

Im a female, and really questioning my gender, and i want to dress more like a male.

Any tips on how to dress more manly without my parents freaking out over me nt dressing like a girl?

I shaved my head for a donation, and i'm more of a rocker chick i guess you could say. So i never wear dresses or floral prints, but i don't want to be mistaken as a dyke either.. Advice on what i should wear? or put in my hair? or makeup? i DON'T have my ears pierced.

My boyfriend broke up with me awhile back because of personal reasons.. And pretty much he still has the notes i wrote him, he made sure he was the firstvone to text me "happy birthday" today, he said he considers me his best friend, he seemed pretty upset the night we broke up.. He said that he didnt deserve me, and he still wears a braclet i made him, and one he made that says ""my name here* xoxo" that one is the biggest reason i think that he does.

She jumped infront of a train, a little over a year ago. She was his first love, they were together for 3 years until she jumped..and they were pretty serious.

He talks about her alot, and i know he still loves her. I just dont think ill ever be as good as her, honestally, im jealous of her. It makes me wonder why he even chose me, hes had 2 other relationships after his ex's death (besides me) and his friends say im the most serious out of all of them. I care about him alot, i might even love him, but i feel like im compeating with his ex.

They were together 3 years previously, and it really messed him up mentally when she did that. He's so depressed, and he beleives she's in hell..because thats what the bible says about when you commit suicide. Old memories are comming back to him and they're torturing him, he feels numb, like he's not really there at all. He refuses to talk to anyone but me, that worries me right there. He hasn't slept in days. He says the only thing he has to live for right now is me, and i care about him a whole hell of a lot. I dont want him to die anytime soon. He's only 17..

Please help.. i need it, i managed to talk him out of it last night.. but im not so sure ill be able to tonight

Okay, i am a 14 year old girl.

I was POSSIBLY physically assulted by a man, lets call him bob, whos 47.

Well bob started hitting my father and he knocked him on the ground and started choking him. My dad got back up and so did bob. I started to try and calm bob down but he didnt listen, and he pushed my away and i fell onto the concrete, and now my foot hurts.

Thing is, the police did not even take bob to the station, even though there were several witnesses saying he pushed a minor, and only 2 saying he didnt.

What should i do?

I was physically assulted by a man, whos over 40, and im still a minor. And the guy also pushed my mom down and broke her wrist and foot. The police talked to him and let him go free because there was 2 sides of the story. Shouldnt the police have taken him to the station because he pushed a minor and broke 2 of a womans bones by pushing her down to?

Okay, so i met this guy at my cousins graduation in another state and he gave me his number. So we've known eachother for about a month and talk litterally almost all day. We were talking about what we look like in a person and he pretty much described me. We know alot about eachother and play fight like ur awesome, no your more awesome ect. We give eachother compliments and other things. Only hes 18 and im only 15, today he told me if i was older he would find me and kiss me (im in a diffent state) then when he had to go he said "i love you like a sister" what does this all mean?
