I recently saw that the creaters of U-Tube recently sold it for an amount i can't remember exactly but i do remember it was in billons of dollars. What makes the site so profitable in other words how will the new owner get revenue from it since to post a video is free?

This would probably be a question for people over 40 years old. A couple of years ago my last living aunt was diagnosed with cancer and given 4 months to live. At that time i realized that there were a lot of things i didn't know about my family and any questions that i may have needed to be asked before she died. How have you or your family documented your family past for your future generations that will have questions? Do you feel that this information is valuable?

this is money from a small claims suit. each time i call the civil dept at the sherrif's office to inquire why i have not recieved the money they have collected they say they are short handed. last mo.(oct.) said it would be sent by end of month now they are telling me the same thing by the end of this mo.(nov.) does anyone know the law about this in calif.?

i wrote a check in feb 2006 it was not presented for payment until may 2006 at that time my acct was a mess and it was returned unpaid. no one contacted me regarding this check, they just turned it over to the sheriff as a "bad check". doesn't someone have to make a more reasonable effort to collect before turning it over to the police?

i asked a friend if she had $150.00 that she could loan me. she said yes and wrote me out a personal check.. i told her i was expecting a check in the mail the next day and would repay her.(this was not a condition for the loan i was just letting her know i would have the means to repay the loan in full soon) later that same day she went to a local casino and over spent her account so when the check she gave me went threw her account, the next day, she did not have funds so it incurred an overdraft charge. Who ultimately is responsible for this charge? ( of course the check i was expecting was late but she has been paid) except for the overdraft fee

the niece was only 4 years old ( she is now 31)and has not been around the ex for the past 26 years. She will readily tell you she has no memory of that marriage. It lasted only 2 and a half years.. I feel she shows me disrespect to all of a sudden start refering to this woman as aunt after all I am her uncles wife. her uncle and i lived together 18 years before marrying so she has always refered to me by my first name ( not aunt). At what point are we no longer related after divorce? I feel if we're related by marriage the divorce ends the relationship
