It can be anything, blunt or subtle. For example, some would take one last glance. Others would shed one more tear. I need as many different ideas, emotions, actions as possible!

I'm writing a poem and I'm at a point where I'm struggling to hold on. The feel and structure of my poem thus far is a word ending in -ing leading into a phrase. For example: Hoping.. that this distance has an end.

SO.. i'm looking for a word to fill in this line: ______ ... trying to hold on.

I want to use something along the lines of "reaching", because i dont think reaching quite fits. So, a synonym for reaching is what I'm after, unless you have another word you think might fit!

I've worked on the sales floor for a major retailer for two years now. I am about to start college in the field of Chemistry, but eventually I would like to work for corporate either designing new things for the stores (shelves, signs, counters, carts, whatever) or physically making the prototypes for them. What do I need to do to get myself there? What college degrees do I need? And most importantly, what are these jobs even called? I know the maker of the prototypes would be some kind of engineer, but I would like to design things more than I would like to make them. Thanks!

I'm attempting to customize some play money for a work party, and I really like the Monopoly money's aesthetics. The only issue is, the pdf file located on Hasbro's website is a little grainy, and not sharp at all. Is there anyway to sharpen or clean up the lines of the template? I have Photoshop, if it helps. So I'm looking for the US TV show Big Brother seasons 1-9 on DVD. Amazon has seasons 3 and 4. What other credible places can I find the rest of the seasons? There's a place called "123 Classic TV" that claims to have all seasons for only $90, which seems too good to be true. Is that a credible site?

What's the word/term for a city's record of the houses and addresses? For example: "I checked the _______ and the house doesn't exist!"

So I'm going to get a tattoo on my left wrist of a simple, simple cross. Seriously, just two bars, nothing else. I originally wanted an all white one, with no color, but my tan skin will most likely reject the white... so, i'm thinking either light blue or an emerald green... or a combo of the two?? Here's a little background info: A couple of years ago I was friends with these two guys. We'll call them Mark and Ben. Mark and Ben were best friends. When I was with Mark, he would keep asking me if i like Ben, and told me that Ben liked me. When I was with Ben, he would ask if I liked Mark, and told me that Mark liked me. (Q. 1. why do guys do this??) Nothing every happened with either of them, we were just friends, even though I liked both, and Mark the most. So then Mark moves half way across the country. We talk sparingly, but i end up getting into a serious relationship, while he leads his own life.

Fast forward 2 years. I get an "anonymous" message on my webpage that reads "I LUV YOU!! Guess who?" The only other thing the message says is when and from where the message sent. It's from a city where Mark is the only person I know there. I ask him if he wrote it, and he admits to it. He also says he misses me. Is he regretting what could have been? Or is he just missing a friend?

Alright... I need help with erasing the background of a picture in photoshop. I've already tried every eraser, lasso, etc and it's just too detailed to actually work. So.. does anyone have any tips or want to take a shot at it? I'd really appreciate the help!
