Here's the scenario.

Group Home setting. One of the clients contracts MRSA, the client is very physical and often touches people on a very regular basis. One of the staff from the Resident Group Home tell a friend who works at the same companies Group Home Day Program of the infection. The Friend has direct contact with the infected client at the Day Program. Is this a breach in HIPAA? Both people work for the same company, with the same client.

Is the company violating any laws by not informing it's employee's about a potential health risk.

I was reading in the news about the US Military suspending their tuition programs for soldiers. Which is the reason why many join the military for the free schooling afterwards. Now these cuts are due to the sequester but who decides what programs get the axe? Who decided to screw our soldiers?

A friend of mine told me about free programs that allow you to animate face/characters for videos. I'm looking to make youtube videos with an animated character...I'd of course do the voices but anyone know of a program that allows for this...thanks.

Hey folks, I need to send some pictures to Germany and I was hoping to just send a SD card filled with them or perhaps a DVD, however I heard some countries have (use) different formats of DVD and I was wondering if Germany would be able to access the pictures from the devices I sent them? Thanks.

Okay, first off. I can use various other programs and have sound. If I use Firefox or IE the sound works for videos but if I try to use Google Chrome I can't hear sound on sites like youtube.com. When I try to watch a youtube video, the video will play but no sound. In youtube the volume is max and it's not muted....any thoughts?

I plan on doing a second playthrough of Skyrim and I'm looking to add some quality Mods. I'd like to increase the number of battles in the world...both dragon and humanoid. Cool armor and weapon mod would be nice. I'd really like to find a good quest/dungeon mod. I do have mods like more dragons, and dragonsouls for skillpoints. Any recommendations?

If you think of the Universe as being infinite, it would be safe to assume that somewhere out there a planet like earth exists. In fact an infinite amounts of planets like earth exist. And since infinity is a fun number to play with, let's say it's possible that their is another earth just like this one; down to every road, country and person. Because honestly in a Universe with infinite possibilities having a duplicate earth just comes down to a VERY VERY VERY small statistic.

Now in a universe that is infinite doesn't the existence of a god just become a statistical possibility? Not saying that any one religion is correct here, just asking a question. Because in a universe of infinite possibilities, somewhere out there an identical you and an identical me are eating at Burger King right now.

I'm starting to checkout various types of bicycle. I want something that I can go on dirt trails with as well as enjoy it on a paved bike path. I don't know anything about bikes. I am getting a bike rack for my car. I'm looking for good brands, buying advice, etc.

Bit of added info. The bike is going to be for a male. I am in good shape but I'm a BIG guy, standing at 6'5, and 230lbs. So smaller bikes won't work for me. I want to try to stay in the price range of about 200 or less. Thanks.
