I've been looking for it for a while and i cant seem to find it anywhere, please dont suggest youtube because i have already tried and i want the dubbed version because i am more used to listening to it and i dont like the voices of the subbed version. Plz help

i really need a good site for downloading anime i prefer direct downloading but i guess that can be optional. I cant use torrents and i would prefer the site to have Fullmetal alchemist and Vampire Knight because i am looking for those anime at the moment, but it doesnt really matter if they dont have it. I JUST WANT A SITE FOR DOWNLOADING ANIME FOR FREE *without torrents*.
