If my husband and I own a house that we are currently doing a rent to own on, what would happen to the home in the event of a divorce? The people who are buying our hom have been living on it for a year now, and they have another 2 years to buy it. The state of divorce is Texas- Thank you

Is my original lease still the one I go by? It is a generic lease that does not spell out move out procedures, or anything like that. The property management co did not have us come in to sign anything, but they are telling me to move out , they want me to proffesionally clean my carpets. Do I have to do this, since my lease does not say it? Also, I live in Tennesse, and their law about security deps is that they owner has to put the deposit into a sep accountm, and then tell us( the tenant) where the account is. This was not done- how do I request proof that it has been put into a sep. account? Thanks!

He graduates in Sept, and I just found out I am pregnant, due Feb 11, 2011. My question is , can I still clear medical being pregnant to go with him? This is a hypothetical question, and I know in the event he does get overseas, he has to have it command sponsered to bring me. I just am a curious about the medical thing and being preggers. I have tried searching on the net, but cant really find much.Thanks

I am moving into my grandparents house while my hubby goes to basic, and they have been time warner cable customers forever, way back when it was just Cable Vision. My dilema is that I have a contract with Direct tv that I signed in may, and I need to bring my satelite with me if at all possible. I am just not really sure if a house can have both cable and satelite running through at the same time. I dont really want to pay an early term. fee, but I will if I have to I guess. Any advice( other than calling Direct Tv, I am doing that on monday). Thanks

I cannot seem to find anywhere if he can or not, or if it is recommended or not. It seems to me that in that situation he probably should leave it at home, but he really does not want to be anywhere without his wedding band. Any answers and personal experiences are welcome.

I have been reading reviews of the company that you can, but I cannot find it on the website. My husband heard about the job from a friend, and he even says that you can bring your family.Has any one been with this CO in Kuwait, and if so did you bring your family?

My husband was offered a position as a gate guard there, and I was just wondering if any wives had any suggestions for me or stories that might be interesting. How much are the apartments on the compound> I am not too worried, his Company has an apartment that they have for their employees, but i was wondering what the average cost is, because we are going to have to make up any diff with me being there. Also, can I take my cat? I know this is all stuff I will find out when it gets closer, I am just excited an wanted to see what other peopls experiences have been. The house and land are paid off completely, I just want to sell the mobile home not the land because I want to build a home on my land.
