I'm looking for things that stories always have that are getting played out and over used. any ideas?

so far i got nada.

So I am in the process of brainstorming character names and need names that are futuristic or technical sounding and I also need names that sound natural. (A mixture of both)

I am not looking for crazy spellings of names or anything out of the ball park.

For Example I am not looking for names such as: Eryn, Sophronia, Jayden, Aiden, or Caleb

While all are beautiful and great names, I need something less commonly used but simple.

Searching for both male and female character names. (last names are appreciated too)

I was looking to cook dinner for my family tomorrow night and needed some ideas. We are not really allergic to much the only problem is that my dad does not eat bread so that eliminates a lot of dishes. If it was vegetarian friendly that would be great as well but not mandatory.

If you do could you post a little list with description and then rate it :)

p.s. no manga or anime, i'm just not into that kind of stuff although i can appreciate the work.
