I would like to become a pianist on a cruise ship, but the minimum age seems to be 21.

This seems a bit silly to me for various reasons, although I can understand why they would have that as a minimum age.

I just wondered (for those who are knowledgeable about cruise ships): Can you work on a cruise ship if you're under 21? Is it specific companies who set these rules or is it like a general thing?

I'm hoping to go to university to do a BMus with Honours, but I'm a little confused and can't seem to find the information I need on the internet.

Can I do piano AND voice or can you only choose one?

I know it may seem like a bit of a daft question, but I do need help on this if anybody knows. Can I combine the two in any way? And if it's not the type of degree I'm thinking of, what similar qualifications will allow me to combine the two?

I know Aqua sings it, but I've heard a different version that I like much more. I can't find it anywhere! It's a male singer and female singer together and it's more lyrical.

Just want to know if wellington boots are okay to wear for dinghy sailing?

I know they're not ideal, but are they okay? Or will they damage the dinghy in any way?

On my Google AdSense account, it says "for content" and then it has 23 page views, 3 clicks, a percentage of something or other, and then total earnings which is £0.

What does that mean?

I'm a member of Hubpages and have made a few hubs. I've signed up with all the affiliates sites, including Google AdSense. I know you can make money from it, but how much? How many hubs you need before you start seeing any money.

I'm a member of Squidoo and I understand all that perfectly, but Hubpages confuses me!

I am very serious about becoming a piano teacher, and teaching piano in my home. I have a grand piano in a big room and all the facilities needed, so that is no problem.

I have searched the internet but cant really find anything.

Does anyone know, is this allowed? Do I need a CRB check or anything like that? And would I need teacher qualifications to do it?

I know it's all different and it all depends, but I am seriously considering setting up a small music shop in my local shopping centre. Before people come along telling me to stop dreaming etc., I am not a person with a wishy washy idea - I am serious about this and would appreciate some serious helpful information.

Could anyone who has experiences with businesses etc., please help me out and tell me on average how much profit I can expect to make?

On my laptop, I have installed PC TOOLS INTERNET SECURITY. I have had it on for about 3 months and everything has been fine.

For the last couple of weeks, no YouTube or other videos will play because it tells me to install the latest Adobe Flash Player. When I click to install it, I click "Download" but it just doesn't do anything.

It says that I may need to temporarily uninstall my anti-virus software. How do I do this? What could be the problem?

I live in the UK and I've just watched an advert for Fiat cars. It is a silver car but also in the advert is a guy playing the piano.

Well, my question is... (and I doubt anyone knows it!) what is the music playing in the advert?!!

Me and my sister want to do some modelling and TV stuff and were looking at Tuesdays Child Agency because one of my sisters friends does some modelling for them.

About 2 weeks ago, I decided to go on a diet and finally lose weight. I completely changed my diet, I ate mainly fruit and vegetables, drank loads of water, but also added small amounts of protein and carbohydrates to my diet.

I did approx 20 minutes exercising per day at home, and then some days I would do extra exercising - walking etc.

For the first week and a half, I was losing one pound every da (I weighed myself first thing when I woke up every day). I was really pleased and thought it would carry on like that.

But then, for the last four days, I havent lost anything at all. I am still eating pretty much the same stuff, and doing the same amounts of exercise. One day I walked 2 miles and the next morning I hadnt lost a thing.

I'm still on the diet though, I'm not giving up that easily!

I'm really disappointed, what am I doing wrong? Is this what happens to everyone?

Im 16, and I started periods when I was about 12. My periods have never been regular, they usually come once every 2-3 months (varies sometimes) and when it does, its really really heavy and I get these horrible blood clots so I can hardly walk until I go to the toilet and get rid of it.

My periods can last 2-3 weeks and they've been like that ever since I started.

I've been worried ever since, but nothings ever changed with them.

Have a got some sort of disease or something? Does it mean I cant have kids? Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with me!!

I have a few stains, but they're nothing major. I dont feel too comfortable with using bleach or stuff like that on it - but is there anything more 'safe' that will whiten my teeth?

I know the stories about strawberries, banana skin and stuff like that whitening your teeth, but what can I actually buy for my teeth that isnt too expensive and will whiten them effectively and quickly?

Hi, I'm starting college next year and I'm thinking of doing Law, Health&Social Care, and Sociology. I have to choose another one though, and I cant really think of any that I would like to do.

I want to do A-Levels that I'll find quite interesting and not too difficult or scientific (so no Maths and Sciences please!) as I've had enough of doing things like that!

Preferably from college students who are actually doing A-Levels now, could anyone recommend any A-Levels that are interesting and would go well with those 3 subjects?

I started using Listerine mouthwash yesterday because I have a few stains on my teeth (coffee etc). They're not stains that are really noticeable, but I was wondering...for anyone who has been using it for a few months, does it actually make your teeth whiter?

Well I'm eating basically fruit and vegetables, and drinking water.

I try and eat some carbohydrates and protein every day as well...for example, one of my meals will be vegetables with pasta, or salad with jacket potato...and I'll include chicken or ham in one of my meals.

I also am doing 20-30 minutes a day of exercise at home, push-ups, squats, and all sorts of other random exercises.

Is this an effective way of losing weight? Will I lose weight fast or slow?

...I am 16 (please nobody tell me i am too young because it just wont change anything) and I'm looking for a good reliable organization through which I can volunteer in an orphanage in Ghana.

Most of the ones I have looked at only take 18+ and the ones that take from 14 years old are really expensive and I wouldnt be able to afford it.

If anyone knows of any good, quite cheap organizations like that, that accept 16-17 year olds, please let me know.
