How do I bend the pole in pole vault?
I'm a sophomore girl in high school, 5 feet 3 and about 112 lb. I uses a 110 pole, 11 feet tall. I can only fo about 7'6, maybe 8 feet (terrible, I know) but I really want to be able to bend the pole and get higher. Right now i can only "stick vault"m but I've been doing some drills on the pull up bar, practicing by drive, swing through, and turn, so i think I'm ready. But how to I actually bend it, and what should i do after that in the air? Thanks to anyone who answers
