  • can i switch from fiancee visa to student visa?

    i have a fiancee (k1) visa to USA but my fiance but we had a huge fight and decided not to push through with marriage. can i apply for student visa while in the US? i don't have any work but my mother is there with a green card and she can be my financial support. i had already graduated but i want to stay a little while to be with my mom and maybe i could enrol so i could have a student visa and be with her also?

    1) would that be possible?

    2)what are the things im supposed to do and how long would it take to process it?

    3) what are the requirements?

    4)do i have to go back home to process that or could i do that while im in the US?

    ...we'll be in california..

    ...i graduated with a degree in nursing from the Philippines..
