The States which are ran by more conservative Governors and Legislatures are operating in the black; while those whose governments are more liberal are operating in the red.

For Example, Texas, Idaho and Montana are doing quite well financially and are resisting many of the Presidents plans for change. I am just seeking your thoughts regarding this matter.
