  • Whenever I think about my ex-girlfriend, I get sad and confused. I see her everyday too which makes things worse. How do I stop feeling sad?

So my girlfriend and I decided to break up a little while ago. At first, I wasn t to sad and decided that there were plenty of other fish in the sea. However, I have to see her every day because we have a bunch of classes together. The part that makes me sad is that she looks and seems so happy. She s always smiling and looking really nice and laughing, while i am still trying to recover. So whenever I think of her, see her, or even hear her voice or something, I get rlly anxious and sad. It s making me feel depressed and taking control of my daily life. Does anyone know what to do? How can I help myself? Thanks so much!

  • My Girlfriend is leaving out of town for 2 months in the summer. She won t have her phone so we can t text or facetime ETC. What should I do?

So my girlfriend is leaving for 2 months in the summer. She s going to a leadership program out of town and training to be a camp counselor for future summers to come. It s really bothering me that I won t see her for two months. I trust her completely to be away from me for that long, i am just worried i am gonna miss her. I know i am going to miss her a ton and she won t have her phone either. It will be 2 whole months without contact and it s going to be really hard. I can t visit, however, I can send letters. She isn t leaving for about a month and a half, but it s still making me very anxious.

Does anyone here have any advice? How can we make this easier? Has anyone been through something similar?

    Thanks so much

  • My girlfriend broke up with me and I miss her so much. I am sad, i am lost, i am confused and I don't know what to do. Help please?

A few days ago, my girlfriend broke up with me. We dated for about 6 months which isn't that long but we really did love each other. Everything was perfect but all of a sudden she became kinda distant. A week later she broke up with me. Her reason was that because we go to different schools and only see each other twice a week, it's caused her to feel differently about me. She said its nothing that I did, and people just naturally change. She just wasn't feeling it anymore. I respect her decision and we're still going to be friends. It just hurt a lot. I really miss her so much. I feel very lost and confused. I don't know what to do. I don't feel like eating or doing anything. I am sad too. Very sad. We have given each other some space so i am not in contact with her right now. I just don't know what to do. We were very sweet and romantic with each other. I wasn't clingy or anything. We would always talk out our small problems. We would buy each other gifts and do each other favors and things like that. We had a great relationship and I can't imagine life without her. What should I do?
