First let me start off by saying that I do not eat junk food. I have not drank soda in at least a year and I do not even recall the last time I ate fast food.

My main reason for doing this is that pretty much everybody in my family has heart problems. Most of the males over 50 have had heart attacks. So even if I was in top physical condition, it's likely that I too will have heart problems.

I'm not trying to become an Olympic athlete or anything, I just want to lose the half inch or so of fat on my abdominal muscles.

My main problem is that, like everyone else, I don't like being hungry. And the only way to lose weight is to be a little hungry. This prompts me to overeat.

How does the quality of education at a community college differ from that of a 4 year university?
