Tiny, itchy clusters of bumps spreading on my body?
They are tiny, almost perfectly round bumps that are skin-colored but can get red when itchy. They are too small to be mosquito bites and also don't really look like the pictures of shingles or even scabies that I have seen. I originally thought these were bug bites, because I just had a few tiny ones on my hands and legs. It has been two days though, and they are definitely spreading. Sometimes they appear in clusters, sometimes there will be 3 or so in a weirdly perfectly-straight line. They get VERY itchy at times, but sometimes I forget about them.
They are now on my hands, stomach, back, legs, and around my face/neck. One of my knees is the worst, with probably about 20 or so. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
