Where can I watch Blood-c the last dark online?
After waiting about 4-5 months after its release, I can't find an actual site to watch it at and it's driving me nuts! If anyone could please answer this and help out, I'd greatly appreciate it!
2 AnswersComics & Animation9 years agoName of YA fiction book: guy with purple eyes; time travel; fix time?
I remember reading this one series that started with a girl, in a field of dark flowers and an evil figure is after her. And her younger sibling dies....
After that, the characters travel through time to fix it because this evil is trying to destroy it, or change certain events- in fact, it is like "Found" by Margaret Haddix.
When they traveled through time, they would be asleep- but if anyone tried to wake them up, they would be in like a state of death. This happens once- with the step dad, and family.
When they go on these assignments, their appearances and clothing change, but their eyes remain the same.
Although, there was this super cool character, the one in charge of the transporting, and he had certain powers. The coolest thing about him, he had like saphire eyes because he was so old. Later, he turned out to be this one girl's soul mate, when he had to call her from walking away over a bridge towards death.
And this the place where the evil things are.
If anyone could please tell me the title of this book- I would really appreciate it.
2 AnswersOther - Entertainment1 decade agoHelp with Real Estate Opinion?
My parents are veterans and they're in the process of getting a house. They went to a real estate company, and got this older generation agent (you'll see how this plays in later- I'm not ageist...) Anyway, we've seen houses with this agent, and we got to this one beautiful house. We loved this house and wanted to make an offer- it was part of a bidding process since others had bit on it.
Since my parents are Veterans, they applied and got approved for a VA loan (which covers 100% of the mortgage, instead of things like FHA, which requires 3% down). So, we don't have to put anything down on the house.
We talked to the agent, and he said that it was ridiculous, the best percentage was FHA, 3% down. 0% down was unheard of. This agent is wrong, the VA loan is 0% down; the agent thought it was a scam, probably. One VA representative said that this might happen with an older generation since it wasn't too common back then.
However, the house we liked went under a contract, we lost it. This agent made us lose the house (we tried to act, but the agent stopped us, and pressured my mom to put 10% down, and then tried to pressure my dad. My dad told him that we already had a bank).
I was so mad when I heard this since it's all of his fault! We lost the house we liked since the agent said: "It's hard to represent when you put nothing down." "There's no such thing as 0% down." "You have to sign here, and put 3% down [which is $13,000 out of pocket]." This is the FHA guidelines.
The question I want to ask is: Should my parents just switch agents and go to some other place and get a more trustworthy agent, or should they stay with the agent? (By staying with the agent, we have an opportunity to bid on other homes we saw with said agent. If we switch to another agent, we lose the chance to go to one of the viewed houses, and have to start from scratch.)
Thank you for your opinions.
5 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoFriend (girl) with knee acne?
I'm not exactly sure why, but my friend shaves and she gets knee acne? It's hard to describe, but she shaves and gets bumps; she has problems with her knees while shaving I guess. When I look, it seems like she has ingrown hairs, I think. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? She says that she leaves her knees alone (she likes jeans), but leaving them alone doesn't even help. It's summer and she wants to wear skirts, I don't know how to help her, and she really wants to get rid of her problem. Can you help out?
Oh, and please no ridiculous answers; she's my friend: be nice.
4 AnswersWomen's Health1 decade agoQuestion about veterinarian studies.. Help, please?
I need help with a college choice. Currently, I am in high school, so things may change, however, I know that I am going to go to UCONN (University of Connecticut) since I live here, and it's a bit cheaper. Yet, after that (pre-vet school), I wanted to go to another Vet school to be able to get my graduate education.
But, my problem is: what school after that? I want to be able to be a vet for both big (more like herd animals- sheep, cows, horses, etc) and small animals (dogs, cats, birds, etc). I'm torn between Massachussetts' Tufts university, and Michigan's state college.
If anyone has gone to these, or has any information on the better school for both large and small animals, please help.
I would really appreciate this!
