  • Why I can't able to download from internet explorer?

    I use Win xp with xp2, internet explorer & Mozilla firefox,

    my problem is that when ever i try to download anything from net it get stuck at 65-88%, it never get downloaded 100%, even when i watch video at you tube it get stuck at half a way.....
