  • Can smoking help exercising at all?

Here me out. I understand if you smoke it is bad for your body overall, but if a smoker ran 2 miles and a non-smoker ran 2 miles could the smoker burn more calories or anything since his/her body needs to work harder?

  • Where do Air Force EOD's typically get deployed to?

I've sworn into the Air Force and am in the mists of selecting my job. EOD is appealing to me because it comes with a bonus and it's pretty much assured that I'll be trained and deployed swiftly as opposed to other jobs that have year long waits. I was just wonder where they typically get deployed to.

  • What up with satirical news websites?

I understand sites like the Onion exist to be funny, but unfortunately lots of my social media friends and family post fake story's that fit an agenda they are in favor of from websites that are just trying to make a joke. My acquaintances however think they are true and when I inform them that it's fake they elect to defend their position rather than admitting they made a mistake. Do they exist to fool people deliberately? I just want more in site on this. Thank you.

  • Would an NFL team be allowed to intentionally lose for strategic reasons?

The Bengals are locked in to go to the playoffs and win there division, but they are partly in control of which team makes the wild card. I feel that for the Bengal it would be in their best interest to lose their next game against the Raven so the Steelers have no chance to make the playoffs since they have been doing well as of late. Plus all their players would be healthy and it would be a like a bye week for them so it just seems to make sense to me that they would intentionally lose. Can they do that? Would there be severe reproductions? It just makes sense to me since a heating up Steeler team will be eliminated and all there players could remain healthy. Opinions would be great!
