  • Appointment reminders- Anyone who has a sure fire way to remind themselves of upcoming appts?

K, didn't know where else to place this, so I fugure all business-minded people will know where I'm coming from..! What is a good, effective way to remind yourself of an upcoming appt, and not forget it right after you take a call? for example, I make plenty of appts wherever I am when I am free to take calls, and am afraid someday I might forget to meet with a really important client(or not) and mess up! When taking calls on the road, how to remember from one date to the next? Or to remember things to do for that matter? Any suggestions?

  • Realtors - Lease Option Agreements?

What's your standard requirement for a down payment on a lease option? Do you collect commission up front on top of Owner's requested deposit, or wait until the end of lease period, and why?

  • Tax Savvy Experts Needed!! Foreclosure question for CA?

HELP out there!! Okay, my question is: if a homeowner in CA goes into foreclosure with a mortgage balance of 500k, bought the place say 2 years back for 600k, and the place goes to auction and gets only 400k, does the homeowner get taxed for the shortage, as he would if a lender was to forgive him a debt of that same amount? I find myself running into more and more foreclosures, and This is a scenario that is bound to happen to any number of my clients/prospects any day now. Thanks in advance for you input.
