I'm 5' 7"

I finished it tonight with plenty of time before tomorrow's exam, but I found out I have to have the certificate mailed to me, so I have to wait another couple of days to get my permit.

It's not all bad because I get a few more days to study, but I feel pretty stupid because I figured I could print out the certificate from the online class. Anyone else made that mistake?

Okay, how many of you who clicked on this are actually guys? Just curious. :)

My mom started dating a nice enough guy a couple months ago. Today when I came home, he called and asked my mom if I would like a coat, and she said yes. he said it is too girly a color for him. She accepted for me.

We went over and got the thing, and it was huge!! A very expensive parka type thing, water proof on the outside, filled with down and fluffy on the inside. It's warm and soft, and I acted very excited to get it because it seemed like the right thing to do.

Thing is it feels really weird to just accept such a huge gift, given for no aparent reason. How come it feel so weird and guilty now?

Any ideas on what I should do, or how to thank him? Has anyone ever given you something huge that you felt weird taking?

I'm just curious about what in a girl makes you happy, so how bout it guys (and girls, if it's your fancy) what do you love in a girl?

It irks me.

MY parents divorced a while ago, and I've moved past that for the most part, but now my mom is dating a new guy. He's nice and I like him and all that, but they keep spending nights with eachother away from us, leaving me to take care of the house. ( I don't mind that, I'm 15 and can handle the house for a day:))

But, she keeps talking to him on the phone, and It is disgusting. I have music playing to blot out her conversations with him, but bits keep coming in, she just said something about handcuffs for god's sakes.

Anytime I try to talk to her about making me uncomfortable and could she maybe not talk about stuff like that with him while I'm around, she launches off and lectures me about how she deserves love and is entitle to a realationship and blah blah blah....

So I'm going to have to lern to live with it, and I would love any tips or advice you guys could give me if you ever had to deal with this kind of thing. Thank you!!!!

For me, I'm 15, and I know last year sometime I realized that I wasn't the kind of person I wanted to be, then I got all obssed with who I am, ansd the kind of person I am, I let that go as some more important things came along, but I'm curios to see if any of you feel the same.
