I saw this the other day while I was working. A gentleman came in with his lobes done twice. I have my lobs done twice as well. But for his earrings he had it hooked through both piercings on the front. It reminded me of an industrial piercing but not in the cartilage region.

Let's see....

That's all I can think of to describe it. It's driving me bonkers because I can't find it anywhere online, or maybe because I don't know what key word to use to search it.
