  • How to format an address to Japan?

I'm trying to send a letter to Japan and this is the address I was given:

SAITAMAKENN KUKISHI AOBA 4-7-11 REOPARESU PAAKUSAIDO 108

How would I format this on an envelope. Also, I believe it's missing the postal code, where would I put this as well? Can someone please rewrite this the proper way? I've tried looking online via Japan post but I don't know which of these words is the perfecture or street or building name...?

  • HELP! My turtle laid 1 egg and nipped it. Now inactive in potting soil. Am I doing something wrong?

A few weeks ago, Tenjien was going crazy in her tank and I have seen the male RES (Chi) mount her before so I figured she was prego. I was able to insert my finger where her hind legs tuck into and I couldn't feel any eggs... I figured she was going stir-crazy because she may have wanted a bigger tank (not that their tank is too small, but I'm still saving up for a 120g tank)...

Last night, she laid an egg in their tank and at first, she sorta sniffed it or nudged it, then she opened her mouth and sorta nipped it and she quickly nipped it again, which resulted in the egg breaking. (My boyfriend was the one who saw all of this, though he screamed for me as this was happening). I of course removed the broken egg and discarded it. Today, we went out and bought some potting soil mix. I moved most of the soil to one side to create a slant for some water but then the water was dark and murky so I took the water out. Basically, the bottom of the soil is wet. As I was trying to figure out what to do, I realize that the whole potting mixture is sort of damp! I have a heated lamp over one side of the plastic tote but is this okay?

Tenjien is now in the tote. At first, she tried to get out, so I had to cover half of the tote with a towel, which I tucked under the tote to prevent it from slipping. Ever since, she has settled down and has been just sitting in the darker area under the towel. She isn't digging around at all! She has no movement whatsoever.

I am sooo unsure if I'm doing this the right way or if there is anything else I should be doing... Can someone please help me? Is it possible for her to still be carrying eggs? Is it possible that she only has one egg? If she still has some eggs in her, how long will it be until she lays them again? How long should I keep her in the nesting area? Should I move her back into the water tank for awhile then put her back in overnight in the nesting area? I'm so scared and nervous!! Please help! Thanks
