I put in for a USDA Rural development loan. Everything looked good until they came to my student loans, then declined me. First of all, they are in deferment for I am currently in school. Second of all, I would not be paying what rural development "estimates" I would be paying if paying them now. I do understand they have to look at 30 years from now, but their estimates were ridiculous for our income level. I am challenging the decision, based on unrealistic "estimates" on their behalf. I did contact Department of Education and found a reasonable estimate of what I would be paying if I were paying today. However, they cannot print or mail the estimates for they are just estimates, nothing concrete. How is this anywhere fair to a person of lower/moderate income to use a "standard" estimate that would surely lower the payment ability level of the person seeking the loan?

I am thinking of buying a wireless singstar microphone set from the UK or Australia, but would like to know they would work on a U.S. game system. I do understand the games differ (regions, etc) but are the accessories as well?
