My oldest of 4 is acting up with other family members when he is with them. He doesn't listen to what they tell him to do and wants to do things his way. My in-laws don't speak a lot of English and I think he's starting to mistreat her because of that. He argues with her and just doesn't listen. He does the same thing with my wife. He does it to me occasionally but he knows that I don't play around and don't like being talked back to or having to repeat myself a bunch of times. I don't beat my kids but I do spank them and will put them in time out and / or ground them for the weekend with no tv and computer. I have had talks with him constantly about this and for a day or two he'll be good but pretty soon its back to the same ol routine. They (my in-laws) are already saying they don't like watching him because of the way he acts and there is nothing i can do while at work. Out of all my kids he acts the worst and I want this to stop now. I'm not desperate but I would like to know if anyone else has (or has had) this problem and how they dealt with it. Thanks.
