I need some input.

My boyfriend had dental work done back in April 2010. At the 2nd and final visit, we presented our credit card for final payment, and we were charged $1200. The dentist office just called and said we owed another $1300!

We never received an invoice or phone call until now. The dental office claims they had to lay off the person responsible for billing so they didn't catch the error until now. They were rude and acted like we had tried to skip out on our bill. They even threatened to send us to collections.

I disputed the bill and the dentist finally agreed to settle for $800 interest free. Has anyone else had this kind of experience? Will it do any good to dispute it further or should I just accept the settlement no matter how much it makes me mad?

With all of the talk about celebrities cheating on their wives multiple times (Tiger Woods, Jesse James), what is everyone's opinion on the mistresses? Do you believe they deserve an apology? They had to know the celebrity was married but chose to become involved in the affair anyway. Why should they receive an apology? Should they talk about the affair? Are they just looking for their 15 minutes of fame? I want to know what you think! :)

During lunch today, my boyfriend revealed that he loves a good fettucine alfredo (and I already know he loves shrimp).

Our 2 year anniversary, and of course, Valentine's Day is coming up. I usually make him dinner for these events, and I'd love to make him a mind blowing shrimp fettucine alfredo. We'll be celebrating both events on Feb. 12th because we won't see each other due to work on our anniversary (Feb. 11th) or Valentine's Day.

Any suggestions for a great recipe?
