  • Not losing weight no matter what I do?

I'm stuck at 235 for more than a month. I've been eating about 1400 calories (tracked accordingly for accuracy) and playing volleyball for 40 minutes and walking for 20 minutes daily at a moderate pace.

I started eating about 2000 calories last week and I still in the same position. I read that if I eat too little, the body stores the fat for survival. If I add more exercise routines will I lose weight? If I eat more while I exercise more I might stay the same and I can't wait another week to see the results.

  • Question about the router tracking browser history?

I'm using Netgear and I was wondering if the logs are able to track from the beginning of when I just bought my laptop, or the old sites were deleted as new sites were being logged?

  • Will I Gain Weight?

Since September I was about 5'7 260 pounds and now I am still 5'7 but 235 pounds. I have been eating about 1300 calories a day and playing volleyball for 40 minutes and walking for 10 minutes daily. I've been losing weight much slower than I have been and wondered if I should raise my calorie intake.

But I'm wondering if increasing the calories I eat will make me fatter. I now know 1300 calories is not healthy for me and so I want to change that but I'm afraid I would return to my previous state.

  • Am I Starving?

One thing I must follow in my diet is to never starve myself but I when I know I'm hungry, (stomach is grumbling and have the urge to eat) it stops a few minutes later and I won't be hungry for the next few hours.

Is my body eating my muscles to keep full or is there something wrong with me?

  • Eating 1300 calories a day and gaining weight?

For the past 2 months I've ate around 1300 calories a day, (5'7, 14 years old, 238) And lost favorable amount of weight. Since I have no access to a scale I check in rarely, (when I have the opportunity) and gained 6 pounds in 2 weeks eating 1300 calories a day. Although I'm aware 1300 is a bit low but I drink plenty of water and food to fill me up. (I also do intermittent fasting from 4PM to 7AM).

I calculate my food accurately without any missed meals, play volleyball for 30 minutes and walk for 20 minutes daily.

Was there a problem with the scale I used or am I doing something wrong?

I am 244 pounds, 5' 7' 15 year old male with a BMR of 2100 but why does calculator.net says I need to eat "2,256" calories to lose 2 lb. which is higher than my BMR. I'm still confused as to how it works.

    Calorie Deficit?

I am a 230 pound male 14 year old and according to many online calculators I must eat around less than a pound to maintain my weight. I always remember eating WAY less than a pound a day so why I'm I still the same weight for so long?

  • I don't understand the concept of losing weight?

If I eat 1500 calories a day and exercise for 30 minutes of volleyball so I took in 1300 calories in minus burned calories of sleeping (According to an online calculator, I'd burn 800 calories for 8 hours of sleep) which is 500 calories more left over. So how am I losing weight if I took in 500 calories in the end of the day?
