I have signed up for a spa package with subtle senses but they closed down, i hvn't even start to use the package! Called the credit card bank, they said ntg they can do n wont b refunding me the $.. any1 hav the same pro here? any1 can advise wat i can do...no small claim court cos they wont help "small fly" like me.. they will oni pay out to the "bigger" creditors than to our turn.....any advise?

I saw the latest news abt UOB service... would like to give my comment too....

UOB service have drop though out the year they no longer provide the service like before. A friend of mine was drag into bankruptcy by her husband about 6 year ago.. and her husband got discharge b4 she did! And when my friend asked the OA dept, she was told that it UOB that does let her go!!! That was reali nt fair!! Cos :-

1.) the amount she owe to UOB was much lesser than her husband (who aso owe UOB $)

2.) she pay her monthly installement WITHOUT fail from the day 1 (which her husband dun)

3.) btw it already 6yrs+ ...

So we all do not uderstand how or why she was being "STOP" by the bank?? Is there justice? Or the bank can just do wat ever they like without a reason??? I wonder how long a person hv to stay bankrupt b4 they can get discharge nowsadays.... it used to be max. abt 5yrs ya???

Honeslty we found tat their service reali getting worst la... mayb we shld stop supporting them since they are nt support our need....

Any1 care to share wat "sickening" experience they hv or hear about this bank??

I have mine, we wen to c the MP at the meet the MP session, it was very shocking... she appear to b very friendly and nice.... but in the session room, she talked like a "ah lian" n behave so rude with her hands waving up and down, sayin u think i v free is it? Reali shocking!!! Meet the MP session should be a session that they listen to what we ppl hv to say but she seem so "rush" n v rude lo....it a total differ fr wat we used to c her outside compare to here! Me n my family wil never forget wat we saw...... i finally understand wat is "Two faced" person! Hahaha!
