Okay so I have a legit reason to committ suicide. I'm really pretty and wanna be one of those girls who weighs 105 pounds but everyone freaks out when I try to lose weight and tells me I'm way too pretty to be one of those girls and they like won't let me but that's all I care about. I would rather die then instead of being miserable the rest of my life and always wanting to be tiny. Can someone tell me the easiest way to committ suicide quickly without it hurting a lot?? I wanna try Tylenol but I'm scared of the agonizing pain ? Or should I take 20 Xanax with alcohol?

OKay, so I weigh 160 and my height is 5"3 which makes me overweight. My goal weight is 120 for the rest of my life. But I would really like to get down to 130 in 3 months, which is fine for me because I usually lose 10 pounds a month sometimes a little less or sometimes a little more. I am stuck right now though because the only part of my body that is fat is under my stomach. It's really annoying like if I could just get rid of that I would be skinny.

So, I am wondering how to get rid of that fat because it feels like it is never going to go away and it's really weird I have that fat sack down there when I am 30 pounds overweight. It just seems weird. So I want to know ways to get it off quicker and things to eat that help with that, as well as exercises.

I drink tons of water each day and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables & chicken each day. I don't eat ANY sweets as in cookies, donuts, cake etc. I have cut all of that out as well as soda. I try to eat everything in the world that is healthy. So that is why I am confused to why my lower fat is still there. I would think if I was eating so healthy and doing cardio 4- 5 days a week it would come off quicker.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Okay, so I have 30 pounds to lose to become skinny.

I just want a nutrionist or fitness trainer to tell me if I'm losing weight quickly by what I'm doing.

Okay so, I eat 1300 calories a day and do cardio 6 days a week for 30 mins, sometimes twice a day. It's easy for me, but I just want to make sure that's the best way to lose weight quickly as well as what foods to eat.

I eat 3 small meals a day, portions of healthy foods and then snack foods just to give my metabolism a boost. I wanna make sure that's okay to do. I lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks doing this but I'm annoyed that I'm stuck at 162 and I just wanna be like 155 withing the next 2-3 weeks. So yeah.

Also can I have whatever I want like once every 2 weeks as long as I'm withing my calories?

I'm a little concerned because my ex boyfriend was a psychopath & now I think I'm under his control sometimes.

My parents think he has control over me still somehow, meaning trying to control me even though I haven't talked to him in almost a month and a half. He had the ability to control me when we were in a relationship so now it is scaring me that he still has control over me/mind control.

Before I met him I was confident & happy, and now I'm easily distracted and just not myself anymore and a lot of times I feel like life was sucked out of me and that I'm still playing one of his games with him that he used to play with me all the time (psychopaths mind games) & I don't want to be. I also have trouble breathing sometimes and I heard a lot of these symptoms are caused from mind control so it's starting to freak me out.

Psychopaths like to place their victims under control even when they're no longer associated with them and they strive on themselves being your every thought so I think after we broke up and I stopped thinking about him completely, he got mad and started trying to like keep me under his control somehow. I know it sounds weird but a lot of people who get out of relationships with people like that say they feel like this also and always on guard and that's exactly how I feel.

I just wanna know if anyone has an experience with mind control and how can I get out.

As soon as I got over him, right then all this started. So I can see him being mad and trying to mess with me, and it's really scaring me so if anyone can help me get out of this psychopathic bond thing please let me know, I just wanna move on with my life.

I'm 5"3 and i weigh 173 right now, trying to get down to 130 pounds as fast as I can just so I can be healthy weight. I'm planning on going down to 115 for the rest of my life but for right now 130 is my goal.

Anyways my question is, how does fat go away? Like does it just burn away and you notice your stomach going away or how does it work?

I'm just annoyed I guess because I can't picture my belly being gone even though I know that happens when you get skinny, but I'm just wondering how it works so if any fitness trainer or nutrionist can tell me. thanks!

I recently had surgery and found out 4 weeks later part of me didn't heal like it should've. my surgeon told me the part that didn't heal is like a deep scrape and will take about a month to heal. He gave me healing cream & anti biotic cream but i'm wondering how I can get it to scab quicker than 3 weeks. It's too deep to wash with soap or even water, it stings too bad & it feels like i'm being tortured like in a movie or something lol. so I didn't know if there were any anti biotic pills that can help heal wounds faster that anyone knows of. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm trying to get back down to 130 pounds, I weigh 180 pounds right now. I'm 5"2 and 21 year old female. I had to have surgery 2 weeks ago and the doctor said I couldn't exercise for 3-4 weeks after surgery which INCLUDES heavy walking. So basically I have been sitting at my house for 2 weeks cleaning bc I can't exercise. Anyways, I have been eating 1200-1300 calories a day but my weight is now at 185 pounds. I need advice from like a fitness trainer or anybody who exercises a lot and eats healthy.

My question is what should I eat for the next 2 weeks since I can't exercise, but I need to make sure I eat foods that will help me to keep losing weight.

My boyfriend and i had sex June 19 and he didn't wear protection but he pulled out. Then we had sex again june 23 and i knew i was due to get my period that week. Well i started bleeding right after we had sex. And it only lasted a few hours. Haven't gotten my normal heavy period and I'm scared i got pregnant right when i was about to be on my period. Can anyone help?
