Unable to add or edit recurring calendar events. Error code:4000:C401?
This is the second time I've posted this question. On the he first submission I was asked for more info, which was supplied, but the question was never answered.
When I try to add or edit recurring calendar events, I get the following "It seems that we were not able to validate your login credentials . Please try again after logging out and logging back in again. Error code:4000:C401". I have logged off and back on, but still not able to add/edit calendar events.
Additional Details
This is happening on my desktop computer running Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1. I’ve tried it with Chrome 26.0.1410.64 and IE 8.0.7601.17514, resulting in the same error message.
I’m getting an error when I try to add an event or edit a recurring event.
Steps taken:
If a new event: Clicked New Event button, Entered information for the event, Clicked Save.
If an existing recurring event: Clicked the existing recurring event, Clicked Edit, Made changes, Clicked Save.
Error Message:
“We’re sorry! Something went wrong…
It seems that we were not able to validate your login credentials . Please try again after logging out and logging back in again. Error code:4000:C401”
I logged out and back into my Yahoo mailbox and got the same errors.
