I'm a competitive swimmer and I have a history of tendinitis and scapular dyskenisis. I'm a really bad runner to begin with and we have to run for dryland in the morning. So, whenever I run, I have really intense shoulder pain in my left shoulder all through the front and along the back. I've tried loosening up while running and increasing my strides but nothing helps. Any suggestions or ideas of whats wrong? I would really appreciate the help! :)

Okay, so this guy and I talk alot, we're on the same swim team. He gave me an ipod touch for $25 and i actually had to make him take the money because he wanted to give it to me for free, I feel like I should get him a christmas gift but would that give the impression that I really like him? Because I dont really know if I do.

I'm a swimmer and our air quality in the pool area is really bad, so we open the doors during practice. Problem is, we're soaking wet and its really cold and windy, thus my face is VERY VERY chapped. It hurts so much and every lotion or aloe I put on burns my face.

Does anyone know a lotion or cream that I can put on my face that wont burn? I really need help!

Okay, I'm a junior in High school and I'm starting to look for colleges. I made a notebook with schools that I'm interested in. Right now i'm trying to compare them, and my question is what kind of things should i be looking at? Hes really cute but i never have the nerve to talk to him. I only see him at swim practice.
