I have just bought the blackberry 8520 on o2 contract, and the internet usage is pay as you go, not unlimited. I do not really understand what would be best for me, should I get the unlimited bolt on for an extra £10? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Can I do this at home?

I have had it professionally done but lately I have been using Nice 'N' Easy. It is a very dark red, almost brown. Now I want to go lighter and more red so it looks more natural, can I just pick a home dye colour and it will work? Or where its lighter will it go patchy?

Don't want to go to salon if I can help it as I have no money!!

I usually have a luocolour done on my hair when I go to my usual hairdressers, but I am going to a different one this weekend so have told them that I usually have a luocolour, and they weren't sure what this is. Can anyone help? Will it matter if I don't have a luocolour this time? I usually have it dyed a dark red. Thanks

My colleague now does the holiday rota, and I also keep a note of everyone who takes holidays. She has taken 6 days now and has only booked 2 off, what should I do? I don't want to be a snitch, but I also don't think its fair as we all get the same amount. Should I mention it, or just let her get away with it? I know this sounds like a stupid question, but she just comes and goes as she pleases and I would love to get more holiday! Thanks

I've recently started fast walking/jogging again after putting on a bit of weight! I stretch before and after, and usually go 4 times a week for about 40 - 50 minutes. Last week even though I was stretching the same I was really aching, but I felt I had really worked my muscles; this week I have done exactly the same if not more running and I'm not sore? Am I still working my muscles just as much?

Also, I usually do 4 days in a row then have a 3 day rest (usually the weekend!) is this ok as I have read you should have rest days to let your body repair.

I hope what I'm doing is enough excersise as I just really want to tone up!

I have got red/ginger hair and I tan really well.... I might be a minority but so many people say NO red heads do, I've just been on holiday and got a good tan so I'm living proof!

(cue the redhead insults hahahahaha)

My partner and I have booked a holiday for the end of the month, and as we booked it my company changed the rules about holiday. The old rules (what i signed in my contract) was 20 day to take when you want, now they have changed it so the whole company shuts down and everyone takes their holiday at once. Are they allowed to change this without getting the staff to sign something?

hi, iv got naturally red hair and although i dont like it, im growing it out because the blond i used to put in is ruining my hair. iv grown it out to about half way now, but it doesnt seem to want to budge any more!is there any treatment that can make my hair all the same colour again (my natural colour)?i know this is a long shot as i know bleach strips the colour, but maybe theres something out there?i just want my hair all one colour again!thanks

Hi, i have a basset hound and yesterday he refused his dinner which is unheard for him. After that he had the runs, but he was going to the toilet every 5 - 10 mins and after about an hour it was just pure dark blood. I was awake with him all last night, and he was pooing blood, but today he seems a little better. He's been to the toilet about twice today, still blood and he was sick but the good thing is he's sleeping today, he was awake all last night. Could anyone please give me advice, my mum and dad are on holiday so it's up to me to look after him!thank you, Amy

I've got naturally red hair, and i'm trying to grow out my blond highlights as it's ruining it. All my friends and family prefer my real colour, but I always get t*ats taking the piss out of me on the street etc when i have my red hair. It really pis*ses me off, but i dont want to bleach it anymore. what should i do?
