  • My son screams himself to sleep.?

He is completely dry, and full. He is now 19 months and screams himself to sleep for nap and night time. He sleeps all night and always has since 4 weeks. He had a pacifier when he was an infant but hasn't had it in a very long time. We have tried different lights, sounds and blankets. He always has his teddy. I'm at my wits end with this. He screams for sometimes hours on end and will finally go to sleep. It doesn't matter where we are, our house or not it's still the same. Please any suggestions would be helpful.

  • Any opinions on Implanon?

I was wondering if anyone has/had this and it's effects. I am considering it after I give birth. It's the birth control implant that goes in your arm.

  • I want my boyfriend in the delivery room but not the father of my baby, is there a good way to tell him that?

I have no problem with the father being at the hospital. However I do not want him in the room. It was a short courtship that I chose to end because I didnt have romantic feelings for him. Unfortunately we were pregnant at the time and I did not know. I am now in a new relationship with a very supportive man who says he wants to be in the room when I deliver. I know the b/f will be supportive and create a calming atmosphere and the father would just annoy me. Is it ok for me to request one and not the other be in the room? Plus it would be very awkward in the waiting room if they were both to sit out, lol. Please let me know your thoughts? I'm 28 weeks and already had a scare with preterm labor.
