Every time there is a vote for Statehood, Independence or remain a commonwealth. They always vote for commomwealth status. Even the ones that are living here get to vote on this issue.

Under the current system people with foodstamps can buy just about anything except alcohol and smokes. Shouldnt foodstamps be used for just that? FOOD? Not cookies , soda and any other junkfood! This leads to health problems and we will get taxed even more for these drains on society.Now that food prices are rising they will cry for even more money. If they stop buying junkfood they can eat like everyone else. Also since shouldnt their budgets be adjusted according to school months and non school. We pay for their kids to eat two meals a day in school. So shouldnt they get less money during school then more during vacation?

OK what if we were to go to locations where companies are picking up these day workers. Follow them to job sites and get contact information to these companies. Call em up (record the conversation) and tell them you're looking for a job. If they say they have no jobs. We can sue them. This will teach them and bring attention to them.

A few months back on "Desperate Housewives" They made a comment about a diploma being from the Philippines. This enraged the Philippine Community. I've been watching a lot of the Philippine Channel and they blatantly insult every race a culture there is. One show they have a woman dressed as a Aunt Jamima with black make up on and complete outfit. Another show a black make up again and wearing outlandish pimp style clothing from the 70's.

So why is it ok for them to belittle other cultures and races on their tv shows and movies but god forbid someone says something negative about them

OK I've seen people say that the illegal community contributes to our economy and if we were to deport them it would hurt us greatly?

I don't get it? How does it matter? Even if we do deport them the money that they were making would go to a legal resident and that resident would be spending the money here anyways. We'd spend less of programs for illegals and less on law enforcement and other items because of the illegals. So how do they have a financial impact on the us economy if they leave?
