  • Can anyone please help us save our relationship?

As of right now, I'm currently in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend. We've been together for almost 7 months. Lately we've been talking to each other on the phone everyday for five hours, and we've been drifting further and further apart, Plus, we've been getting into more arguments. We both don't know how to save our relationship, but we don't want to breakup either.

I've hurt him so much, and after we've broken up three times, it seems like we don't trust each other as much as we used to. I know that we love each other unconditionally, but it feels like we haven't fully forgiven each other for all the wrong that we've done to hurt each other.

Though my boyfriend may have told me that we're both at fault for everything that has gone wrong in our relationship, I still feel that I am responsible for everything bad that has happened in our relationship. The first time he broke up with me is because I cheated on him one time with my ex-boyfriend. I regret the day I cheated on him. I have never been able to forgive myself after that day, and I'll never, ever, for the rest of my life, forgive myself for cheating on him. He said that he forgave me for it, but I still feel guilty about cheating on him. I was surprised that after I told him about it, he still wants to be with me, because many people who cheat end up losing their boyfriend or girlfriend or spouse. Throughout our relationship, I was always worried that he might leave me forever, because I cheated on him.

The second time he broke up with me was becauase I didn't get him anything for Valentine's Day, even though we both agreed to send each other something for Valentine's Day. This break up happened the week after the first time we broke up. I really regret not getting him anything for Valentine's Day too, especially since it was supposed to be our first Valentine's Day together. I was as much of an idiot not to get him anything for Valentine's Day as much as I was when I cheated on him. Then we talked for about a week before we got back together.

The third time he broke up with me is because I wasn't able to get whoever was supposed to drive me to where I was going to meet him when he flew to CA from MI. He gave me a month before the day he and his dad were going to fly to CA to tell my uncle, who was supposed to drive me to where I was supposed to meet my boyfriend. Once again, I was an idiot for waiting until the last minute to call my uncle to ask him to drive me to where I was supposed to meet my boyfriend. Well, actually, I was more of an idiot the third time he broke up with me than I was the first two times we had broken up. We were apart for three days before we got back together.

We're always happy that we're together. Though we've already broken up three times, we always come back together, because we love each other and we can't stand to be apart.

Everytime we broke up and got back together, we were always happy to be together, but after a while, we start drifting apart. We try everything that would help close the gap between us, but we keep drifting further apart. We had already taken a two day break, but it didn't help us think of a way to help save our relationship.

My boyfriend and I don't want to break up, but we don't know how to save our relationship either. Please help us. If you have any advice that would help us, I would appreciate it very much.

  • Is it weird when a girl calls a guy "dude"?

I'm just curious, because I sometimes call a guy "dude", even though I'm not a tomboy, when I talk to him, but not all of the time. Just I usually say "dude" when I feel like he's not getting the point or if I'm upset. Most of the time, I refer to them by their name.

  • Is my boyfriend breaking up with me?

We've been going out for two months. We love each other so much, we were almost like Edward and Bella in the Twilight series. When we first met, I could feel the sparks flying between us, and we've been inseparable ever since.

In spite of our close relationship, just last week, he told me that he needs some space so he can balance his relationship with me and his issues with his previous relationships with other girls. If I stay with him while he's trying to clear his head, I might make his problems even worse. Even though he told me that he wasn't actually dumping me or trying to hurt me, I ended up crying anyways, because I couldn't stand to be away from him, and it did sound like he's breaking up with me. He also said that it's his fault that I can't be with him, because he's so confused on what he wants.

Then the next day, he gave me a further explanation about why he needed time away from me to think things through. He told me that I shouldn't be with him while he's trying to get his life together, and that I'll fall for another guy, because he didn't want to hold me back from enjoying my senior year. When he said that I might meet other guys I might fall in love with, I cried, because I thought he meant that what happened when we first met was a fluke. He told me that he did feel the connection that we had when we first met, which kept our relationship going up until last Tuesday. But somewhere along the way, he couldn't feel anything between us, because he still had some issues with the last girl that he had a serious relationship with. He even said "It's not you, it's me" and "You'll find other guys like me."

I don't know what to do. I still love him so much, I can't stand the idea of not being with him. Do you think he's going to break up with me? Should I move on to another guy or stay with him so I can try to help him resolve his issues?

  • When and how should I tell my family about my boyfriend?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for over two months now, and it's my first relationship. I've already met his family, and they're okay about me dating him. In fact, his sisters like me a lot better than they like his previous girlfriends. Since I'm Asian, and my boyfriend is Mexican, I'm worried that my mom won't approve of him. How long should I wait to tell my mom about my boyfriend? What should I say? How can I be honest to her about my relationship with him?

  • Do whitening strips really work?

I want to whiten my teeth, but I don't want to spend a fortune getting it done at the dentist's. Do whitening strips actually work? What about other teeth whitening products like toothpaste? Which whitening product would you recommend using and why?
