I am a dancer, and as sad as I am every month to have to deal with my period- I am also excited. This is because my balance is perfect and I can have a lot of control. Why is this so? I am just wondering if there is actually a scientifical reason. Thanks!

I have a Facebook App. on my iphone and when I opened it a few minutes ago, the icons (profile, chat, photos, messages, events, etc.) started "shaking" like the way apps do on the iphone home screen. I instantly thought it was strange that this was happening within an app and then all of a sudden my "messages" icon disappeared in the facebook app! Does anyone have any advice as to how I can retrieve my message icon? Thank you!

I have been dancing ballet for 14 years and I must say that I have worked hard and become a strong dancer. However, when it comes to petite allegro and grand allegro, my instructors tell me I need to improve. I have a really hard time with allegro on the whole, but specifically I feel like my bottom half of my body is detached from my top half and I can't seem to get my feet to move fast enough or my legs to use pleay enough (bad spelling, sorry!) Also, my leaps are not where they should be as they are low and uncoordinated. My turns, adagio, and barre are by far my strengths but I would really appreciate help with my petite and grand allegro so how can I improve? Any advice is appreciated!

I am 16 years old and I have been on pointe for almost 4 years now and have never had issues with blisters. I recently switched to a more advanced studio and doubled my hours of dancing. Now I have a problem with blisters and I am wondering what the best cure for blisters is from your experience. Thank you so much!

P.S.- I have had the same kinds of shoes (Balance Europeans) for 3 and a half years and I really don't think it's the shoes. Also, my feet have not grown at all.

I am helping my mom load songs onto her ipod and that seems to be fine. However, she wants to take certain songs off her ipod and whenever I visit the menu on itunes for her music, it is gray and won't let me arrange the songs. I am not getting this confused with the library. The ipod itself says it is charging when I plug it into the computer and I can scroll through the songs on it. This doesn't happen to any of our family's ipods and hers is a 8GB Ipod Nano 3rd generation. I am wondering why I am unable to take songs off her ipod and why her ipod is unresponsive when it is synced to the computer. Thank you!

My ballet theatre is performing Cinderella in the spring and I am curious to know the general roles and their decriptions. I have already done research, but have yet to know the specific demands of each role. For example, what does each "season fairy" emphasize in each dance? Does the summer fairy perform mostly petit alegro or adagio? I just want to know the roles and what each one is like. Thank you!

I have a nano generation 4 and I plugged it in to download songs when Itunes informed me that it is "corrupt" and needs restoring. So I clicked the restore button and left it to do its thing over night but it is completely blank and itunes will not even register it on the sidebar. I just lost 5 pounds and I am super proud of myself. I am not overweight or underweight, I am in between but I still wish to lose more. It has been 5 days since my last weigh-in on Saturday morning and today I was weighed at the doctors. The scale said that I am the same weight as I was 5 days ago!
