We have open support tickets, with a ticket number in column A, and a 'ticket status' value in column B. Our status column B, has a few options (Open, Closed, Recv'd Email, or Unresolved). When we send to our IT team, we filter and only send "Open" tickets. When the IT team send us a list of tickets that have been corrected, we manually go and change each ticket from the list they provide of ticket numbers which have been corrected, we change status from "Open" to "Recv'd Email". 

It's possible for us to mark some tickets "unresolved" due to situations I won't go into.

Some of the tickets they send back corrected, have already been marked "unresolved". 

I will paste the tickets received by IT team in column C.

Column A: all Ticket numbers

Column B: Ticket status

Column C: Tickets recv'd by IT team, which we need to change the value of column B (change from, open to recv'd email)

The forumla I'm after is: If the value in C1, exists in column A, then change the value in column B, for that row, to "Recv'd Email" but only when existing value in column B is "Open".

My Fiance and I are taking a vaca with two other friends and I'm researching things to do in Niagara Falls. We will arrive sometime between 9-11am and plan on spending the entire day there. If I buy the Adventure Pass, can I do the following all in one day, and still have time for Lunch and Dinner and not be 'hurried' along....I want time also to explore Clifton street and make a stop by Tim Hortons too :)

I'm taking my GF whale watching. The Malibu Pier offers whale watching for month of April, (ends end of April) then resumes tours in December. Does anyone have any advice on which month I should go? Temperature isn't an issue, we'll dress for weather. I just want to have the best watching experience.

Using a Panasonic Lumix ZS5, it records video in Motion JPEG which cannot be imported into WMM, however the next model up is ZS7, and records in AVCHD Lite HD. Can AVCHD Lite HD be imported into and edited by Windows Movie Maker?

A friend/council woman said that the city of LA is laying off 5,000 city workers (firemen/policeman) today, (6-16-2010) and that if LA does pay, there will be major protests.

She seemed to think, that LA will NOT pay for it. (i guess she discusses budget data in her "Council" meetings.

If LA doesn't pay for the parade, who will??

My girlfriend and I are taking a 3 day trip to Hong Kong in early April 2010. We've never been and I want to stay at a 4+star hotel somewhere close or between all the great sites. We are active travelers and enjoy daylife as much as nightlife. Is there a good hotel with reasonable prices that we'll love?? Im 30 and my GF is 35. One of the days we'll be at Disneyland Hong Kong, which only leaves 3/4 of Friday and Sunday avail due to morning and evening travel. We're interested in shopping, sight seeing, open markets, food, dim sum. We're not too interested in the tourist populated spots...but will make a pass through if recommended. Also, I noticed that Shenzhen International Airport is away from the Hong Kong populated area, I assume travel to/from Airport is easy?? Thanks Yahoo Community!
