i am buying a car from a friend tomorrow and it has expired tabs. can i legally drive it seeing as the DVM is closed tomorrow?

i have a 1997 chev caviler , 2.2l it is taking longer and longet to start, the engine cranks ok and once its started it runs great, it starts right up if its warm and cycling the key on and off does nothing to help it from a cold start. this car has new OEM plugs, new alternator, newish battery, thoughts???

i am trenching electric to my shed i have the grey outdoor 14-3 wire and i am running it in 1'' pvc conduit the entire way, how deep do i have to go for it to be up to code, i know if it were just the outdoor wire it needs to be 24''. i live in minnesota.

i have a 1990 olds' delta 88 royal 3800, i when i unbolt my egr valve and fill it with cleaner it all leaks out the bottom profusely. being that it is a valve of sorts, shouldnt this not happen? should i replace it?

My Daycare lady has an 8 year old adopted son, he has some sort of un diagnosed mental illness, he came from a troubbled home where his bialogical mother drank and did drugs before during and after pregnancy. his adoptive mother has came a long way with him. however. he wakes up every night and sneeks up to the kitchen and eats everything, its not like any one starves him, he just does it, he will repeatedly eat cookies and cake and drink pop and eat frozen foods out of the freezer. when they confront him about it he cries and says he is sorry and will never do it again, but there he is the next night doing the same thing. he also eats, get this, used q-tips out of the trash, the dead skin on hisfeet, used tampons, any thing, they have tried everything aside from locking him up, or locking the entire house up, wow , what can the legaly do?????????
